¿Puedo ser serio para apenas un momento, amigos y amigas y tu?
(Can I be serious for just one moment, friends?)
The diagnosis after the lab examined my removed atypical mole under microscope is that the tissue would have quite likely developed into cancer or possibly even melanoma if we hadn't removed it when we did. Melanoma, of course, can be fatal if not caught early enough. Not to be melodramatic but, I could be dead.
I suppose there's a lesson to be learned here. I'll be damned if I know what it is though.
I'm fairly sure the good doc would prefer I stay out of the sun (fake or otherwise). You know what? I think there's a 0% probability of that happening. In fact, I might just go right back out there tomorrow, just to spite that orangiest-of-orange-orbs. Bitch.
With all the energy I have saved up in these two legs of mine from two weeks of doctor-ordered inactivity, running to LaVista and back might not be a stretch. (That's 4 miles, if you're wondering)
A big ETSS Hi-Five to you, Doc. Thanks, man. Hi-Fives, Good-Times.
