Too Much Coffee?

This was the scene Wednesday morning July 28th, 2004 at the Hardee's in Humboldt. An elderly man pulling into the parking slot in front of these two cars hit the gas instead of the brake after he had just backed into another vehicle behind him out of the picture to the right. Rumor has it that he has been without a License the last four years and insurance as well.

Humboldt, Iowa, is a town of about 10K in northwest Iowa. Its about 20 minutes from my hometown of Fort Dodge, so I know it well. Funny stuff. Thanks to my special correspondent for the lead!
